Sekizanzenin is a Tendai temple in Kaikon-bo-cho, Shugakuin, Sakyo-ku, an ancient temple deep in the Shugakuin mountains founded in 888 by Ane according to the dying wish of the Tendai patriarch Jikaku Daishi Ennin.
