A Jodo Shinshu Honganji temple also known as 'Okazaki Gobo,' standing on the site where Shinran built a hermitage after descending from Mt. Hiei and spread the nembutsu teachings. An important site in Jodo Shinshu history, it retains the Ukihatsu-do hall and stone monuments associated with Shinran. Located near Heian Jingu and Okazaki Park.
