概要
A sub-temple of Daitokuji established in 1562 by Oda Nobunaga to memorialize his father Nobuhide. The Jikchu garden, attributed to Sen no Rikyu, is a masterpiece of roji (tea garden) design with beautiful moss and stepping stones. Connected to many Sengoku warlords including Takeda Shingen and Toyotomi Hideyoshi. Open only during special spring and autumn public viewings.
