A Shingon temple in Omori, Inzai, enshrining Fudo Myo-o as its principal image. The name derives from the raging whirlpools of the Tone River swirling at this site. Commands a sweeping view of the great Tone River, and the Goma prayer hall retains strong Shugendo architectural influence.
