A Shingon Buzan temple in Kobayashi, Inzai, enshrining Juichimen Kanzeon Bosatsu (Eleven-Faced Kannon) as a sacred site of Kannon faith. Founded in the Kamakura period, it is sometimes counted among the Shimosa Kannon pilgrimage sites. The eleven-faced Kannon watches over all beings and is worshipped for broad worldly benefits.
Saiganji Temple is traditionally said to have been founded around 1260 (the first year of Bun'o) during the Kamakura period, and belongs to the Buzan branch of Shingon Buddhism.
