概要
A Shingon Buddhist temple in Tomioka-higashi, Kanazawa Ward. As the local parish temple, it has long gathered the devotion of residents. Stone Buddhist statues and Jizo Bodhisattva figures erected during the Edo period are enshrined in the precincts. The name Hojuin derives from the wish-fulfilling jewel (nyoi hoju).
