The Shiroishi Samurai Residence, once home to the Koseki family who served the Katakura clan, preserves a mid-Edo thatched main house. Designated a prefectural cultural property, it offers a glimpse into samurai life in the Shiroishi castle town. Typically visited together with Shiroishi Castle and Kessanji.
