Shoin Jinja Autumn Festival
The autumn festival of Shoin Jinja in Setagaya, which enshrines Yoshida Shoin. Held in October, reverence and gratitude are offered to the late Edo-period loyalist. Young people carrying on the spirit of the Shokasonjuku academy also gather, continuing autumn prayers to the deity of learning and dedication.
