概要
A sub-temple of Sennyuji said to have been founded by Kukai (Kobo Daishi) after returning from Tang China in 806. It houses the Kojin-do, said to be Japan\'s oldest shrine to Sanbo Kojin, deity of fire and the kitchen. Oishi Kuranosuke of the 47 Ronin is said to have stayed here before the vendetta raid and constructed the tea room Gansui-ken. The principal image is Amida Nyorai.
