概要
A Rinzai Kenchoji-ha temple also known as a station of the Kanazawa Seven Lucky Gods pilgrimage, enshrining Hotei (the Laughing Buddha). Founded by Yagishita Bungo-no-kami, it preserves a legend that the stolen principal Amida image was returned after the thieves were struck by a curse. An ancient temple that has supported local faith alongside the history of Tomioka.
