生涯
A Mikawa hatamoto who served at Sekigahara and Osaka before taking vows at 42. He advocated his own "Niō Zen," teaching that a person's daily occupation itself is Buddhist practice, and worked on the post-war reconstruction of Shimabara and Amakusa.
