生涯
Son of Soga no Iname. He defeated Mononobe no Moriya, established Buddhism as a state religion, enthroned Empress Suiko, and worked alongside Prince Shōtoku to govern the Asuka court. He built Asuka-dera, Japan's first full-scale Buddhist temple.
