Eldest daughter of Shōgun Hidetada and Sūgen-in. At seven she was married to her cousin Toyotomi Hideyori. Rescued from the fall of Osaka Castle, she remarried Honda Tadatoki and lived contentedly. After his death she retired to Edo Castle.
