生涯
Nephew of Shunzei. He took Buddhist vows to devote himself to poetry and was named one of the compilers of the Shinkokin Wakashū, though he died before its completion. Famed for one of the "Three Autumn Evenings" poems beginning "Sabishisa wa…"
